Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026. BackflowGo is a product of Precision Outreach LLC, Spring, Texas.
1. Who we are
Precision Outreach LLC (“we”) operates BackflowGo at www.backflowgo.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions: jess@backflowgo.com.
2. What we collect
Account data: email, password (stored by our auth provider, not in plaintext), company name, tester name, license number, gauge details, and an optional signature image you draw in Settings. Customer and job data you enter: names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, assembly serials, test readings, notes, invoices, and GPS coordinates if you use “Detect purveyor from my location.” Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, URL, time) needed to run and secure the site.
3. How we use it
We use this information to operate your account, generate test-report PDFs, email reports you choose to send, send the reminders you turn on, locate a water system from a map point, invoice your customers, and keep the product working and secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell your customer lists.
4. Who processes it
We use a small set of vendors to run the product: Supabase (authentication and database), Railway (application hosting), and Resend (transactional email — for example a report you submit to a purveyor, or a reminder you send a customer). If we turn on paid plans or invoice card payments, Stripe will process those payments. Those vendors see only what they need to provide that function. We do not use an advertising pixel network on the product today.
5. Reports you ask us to send
When you click Submit or email a report, we send the PDF and related details to the address or portal you selected — typically a water purveyor or your customer. That disclosure is the point of the product. Double-check the destination before you send.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in (Supabase session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the app will not stay logged in.
7. Retention
We keep account and test records while your account is open so you can file, invoice, and export. You can export CSV from the app at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period unless we must keep a copy for law, dispute, or security logs.
8. Security
Access to business tables is tenant-scoped. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; protect your login and your crew’s logins.
9. Children
BackflowGo is a business tool for licensed testers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Your choices
You can access and update account and company fields in Settings, export your records, and close the account by emailing us. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights (for example certain US state laws), email jess@backflowgo.com and we will handle the request ourselves — we have not hired an outside privacy counsel for this product.
11. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Material changes will stay on this URL.
