How to file your backflow test report
Mo American Purcell takes backflow test submissions through BSI Online. Testers enter each test in the portal themselves — no bulk upload exists for any portal vendor — so BackflowGo preps your re-key sheet (every value in the portal's entry order) and routes you to BSI Online to file.
FEES · Tester pays per report at submittal (typically $12.95–$16.95, set per water system; card or prepaid balance).
DEADLINE · Many BSI programs require submission within 48 hours of the test.

- Look up the property by its CCN (on the customer's notification letter — it never changes). Address search only works if you were the last tester of record, so record the CCN in the assembly's location notes.
